- About these Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to every purchase made through our website, available at https://aretx.xyz (the “Website”). By purchasing any product we release on the Website — including exclusive drops and limited releases (the “Products”) — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with any additional terms or conditions that may apply to specific Products or limited drops.
- Where to find information about us and our products
The website is operated in Ghana by caprinostudios ARETE OWN THE GAME. All relevant information about Arete and our Products is available on the Website. When you place an order, we will also provide confirmation of the key details in writing as part of the checkout process.
- Orders are not accepted until they are confirmed by us
Once your order gets accepted, we will send you an email to confirm that we have accepted. Unless you have received that confirmation email form us it hasn’t been confirmed
- Prices are set at our discretion
Product pricing is set at our sole discretion and may be amended or updated at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable price displayed on the order page before completing checkout, as this will be the amount charged for your purchase.
- We can reject your orders
We move with intention. That means we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before or after confirmation if something doesn’t align. This may happen if a Product sells out unexpectedly, if we detect Imposter Activity or cannot verify order authenticity, if the delivery address falls outside our shipping zones, or if a pricing error appears on the Website.If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and refund any amount you’ve paid. No confusion. No delays. Just clear action.
- Payment is taken at the point you complete the checkout process
Payment for all orders is processed at the point you complete checkout. Once full payment has been successfully received, ownership of the Products transfers to you. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (“COD”), ownership transfers once full payment is made to the delivery agent at the time of receipt.
- You are responsible for duties and taxes
Arete operates from Ghana. For international deliveries outside Ghana, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply once your order reaches your destination country. These fees are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, as they are outside our control. By placing an international order, you act as the importer of record and agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your delivery country.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control
The unlikely event that our supply and/or sale of a product is delayed by an event not within our power (natural disasters, inclement weather, war, fire or a pandemic) we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to get you filled in about the delay. As long as we take these steps, we will not provide compensation for the delay. However, if the delay is expected to be significant, you may contact our Customer Service Team at info@aretx.xyz to discuss possible solutions and how we can work to resolve the iSsue.
- Pictures and description can cause products to vary slightly.
Although we make every effort to ensure that product images on our website are accurate, the actual product (or its packaging, where applicable) may vary slightly from how it appears on your device. you have a right to change your mind (Limited options only)
- You have the right to change your mind
Most products purchased through our Website come with a legal right to change your mind. If you decide the product isn’t for you, you’re entitled to a refund of what you paid including standard delivery costs subject to the conditions below
- You cannot cancel or change your mind on orders for:
Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once they’ve been unsealed after delivery.

Sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software once unsealed after delivery.

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- If you choose to change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days from the day after your product is delivered.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts the day after the final delivery lands.

11. You have to return the product at your own cost
once you’ve told us you’re changing your mind, you must return the Product including any free gifts that came with it within 14 days. Returns are at your own cost unless we clearly stated at the time of purchase that returns would be free. You may send the Product back using a reliable delivery service. We strongly recommend keeping your receipt or proof of postage showing when the item was sent. This protects you. If we do not receive the returned goods, or they are not returned within a reasonable timeframe and you cannot provide proof of postage, we will not be able to issue a refund.
